De fire mikrofonforsterkerne er av typen Red Evolution, med +63 dB digitalt styrt gain og en egenstøy på kun -129 dB EIN. En analog Air-krets kan kobles inn, for å emulere lyden i Rupert Neves ISA-design.

Converter-systemet er av typen parallel path summing, der to like convertere jobber i parallell for et bedre signal/støy-forhold. Dette gir et dynamikkområde på hele 118 dB (A/D) og 121 dB (D/A). Maksimal samplingsfrekvens er 192 kHz.

Forvrengningen er svært lav, med en THD-Noise på mindre enn 0.009%. Frekvensresponsen er +/- 0,25 dB fra 20 Hz - 35 kHz.

To stk Thunderbolt 2 porter er tilgjengelig, slik at du kan daisy-chaine harddisker og skjermer. I tillegg finnes det doble Dante- og DigiLink-porter, for ekspansjon mot nettverk og/eller Pro Tools.

En plugin-pakke bestående av RED2 EQ, RED3 kompressor og Softube Time & , Tone bundle medfølger.
